We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced, part time Medical Front Desk Receptionist to work a rotating schedule between our Salisbury and Cambridge, MD Physical Therapy clinic locations.
If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, with some medical front office experience, you could be a great fit for this opportunity! The Front Desk Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling.
You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
As a Team Member - You'll receive; $16 Per Hour PartTime, 20 hours per week Gain experience in an energetic and friendly workplace, where every Team Member makes a difference! What you'll be doing; Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages Scheduling patient appointments Data entry of patient information Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed What you'll need; Be able available Monday - Friday, some opening shifts starting at 7 AM and some closing shifts ending at 7 PM.
Be a great multi-tasker Minimum of 1 year of consistent Medical Receptionist/Font Desk experience is required.
Must bring motivation and dedication to work and additional training will be provided.
Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits.
Need to own a personal vehicle to get to the office on time.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
